FRONT INSERTS: Remove factory torx head bolts from
HORIZONTAL
ARROWS in picture below. Note the front torx location.

Clip Nut Insert (#2 in picture above) to center door frame at M
IDDLE
ARROW, aligning with center hole in insert.
3.
Reinstall factory torx bolts to attach insert to door at
HORIZONTAL
ARROWS. Use the supplied bolt and washers (#
3
in
picture above) to secure insert to nut clip at M
IDDLE
ARROW.
4.
TIP: For final adjustment and centering: Loosen the 4 torx bolts at L
EFTMOST
ARROWS and also loosen the two torx
bolts at the door latch striker “D” (not shown in pics, this is up front on the body plastic). When all 6 of these torx
bolts are loose, door can be latched closed and moved around for perfect fit. Hold in place, then tighten.
5.
REAR INSERTS - Remove factory torx bolt at rear. Use two nut insert clips for middle and front. Use same
adjustment method as front doors for perfect fit.

REAR TRIANGLES -- Identify the small triangular panels using picture above right. If you have the wrong triangles
,
please email.
7.
Attach the Small Panel Z-Brackets to small triangles using allen bolts and hardware as shown in picture below.
8.
Clip small triangular panel in position, remove and reinstall roll cage bolt to secure.
Also includes Rubber Trim and
2 panels for the small triangles near the bed
fit RZR 900 or RZR XP1000,showed in the picture.
